4 of the Best Not-So-Basic Snuggly Fall Staples

Not So Basic Snuggly Fall Staples

My boyfriend’s recent move to Colorado has my loving the western slightly hippy and definitely warm and snugly pieces of the mountain folk.
These pieces were already in pretty regular rotation but I’ve found myself using them ALL the time and even in my Virginia wardrobe as it starts to get colder here as well.
You really can’t go wrong with some boots with sherpa in a neutral color, a snugly black and white print sweater, a big plaid blanket scarf and a slouchy beanie.  These items are perfect together for a coffee shop vibe or just a really chill Fall hangout with friends or your main squeeze. Separately they pair really well with the rest of your fall and winter staples.
Where I got mine:
Sweater: A really solid Forever21 purchase in NYC two years ago Approx. $25. Similar here.
Boots: Thredup, $30 or so. Similar here
Scarf: $15, Forever21. Similar here.
Beanie: Columbia (this is a real life thermal deal) outlet, $20 (I had a giftcard). Find it here.
